My new OC Elisabeth King, a ho-oh gijinka for :>

She should be taking one of the now empty elite four spots, but not 100% sure on that one as there is still much to be decided sense the purge of inactive members (including some mods) So we'll have to wait and see. =w= I wont submit her to PP just yet though, will work out a few of the kinks first. I don't want to give members that see it a false idea...
